The Hill Country of Sri Lanka is so beautiful to behold. Barely three hours of driving out of Colombo, you hit the high ground of Sri Lanka. The climate becomes cooler as the climb becomes steeper . The central area of Sri Lanka which is also known as up country is covered with lush green hills and tea estates and interspersed with water falls that makes the visitor rooted to the spot savouring the beauty of this resplendent land.
