DAY-1

Morning leave for Kandy. Visit elephant orphanage at Pinnawela and a tea factory en-route. Visit the golden roofed Dalada Maligawa, Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of The Buddha, shop for handicrafts. Gems & jewellery. Many interesting old temples close by. Witness a Kandyan Dance Performance by night. Overnight Kandy.

DAY-2

Early morning, proceed to Nuwara Eliya through Ramboda Pass- Beautiful scenery, 6187 ft. above sea level-tea carpeted hills, Ramboda waterfall (329 ft), Hakgala Botanical Gardens. Back to Colombo through Ginigathhena. May stop for lunch at Kithulgala, location of the famous film The Bridge on the River Kwai.

TOUR NO: 2

KANDY-ANURADHAPURA-SIGIRIYA

DAY-1

Early morning leave for Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s ancient capital, monuments date back to 3rd Century B.C. – 8th Century A.D. Proceed to Habarana. Overnight Habarana.

DAY-2

Morning drive through picturesque Kandy, visiting the 5th Century Sigirya Rock Fortress en-route. Proceed to Colombo.

TOUR NO: 3

GEM CITY-UDAWALAWE NATIONAL PARK-SINHARAJA FOREST

DAY-1

Early morning leave Rathnapura (Gem City) see gem mines and a museum. Proceed to Udawalawe National Park famous for elephant, visiting the Sinharaja Rain Forest en-route. Overnight Udawalawe.

DAY-2

In Udawalawe, enjoy wild life and return to Colombo via the South Coast.
